BMP plan sheets are available electronically for <br />inserting into project plans. fSDR][ENGINEERING] <br />Street Infrastructure Improvements <br />42. Streetlights - A new streetlight shall be installed, if needed, as determined by <br />the City Engineer. Streetlights are required on the construction of a new <br />commercial building or performance of substantial commercial remodeling <br />with street frontage of 200 feet or more. The style and location of all <br />streetlights shall be as determined by the City Landscape Architect. <br />[_SDR][ENGINEERING] <br />43. Street Trees - A total of 32 (24 -inch box) street trees shall be planted along <br />Franklin, Diller, EI Camino Real, and the alleyway frontages. The tree species and <br />location shall be as determined by the City Landscape Architect. These <br />improvements shall be included as part of the building permit submittal <br />package. fSDR][ENGINEERING] <br />44. Repair or Replace Street Infrastructure - Restore streets surrounding the <br />project site to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at project completion. <br />When this requires additional pavement restoration, the Engineer shall approve <br />the preferred layout of pavement markings. [SDR][ENGINEERING] <br />a. The entire width of Diller Street along the project frontage, including <br />street, curb, gutter, and sidewalks on both sides of the street (except for <br />the sidewalk, curb, and gutter work included in the project located at <br />1305 EI Camino Real). <br />b. Permittee shall request permission from Caltrans to: (1) restore EI <br />Camino Real, from the median island to the property line, along the <br />project frontage, including the intersection with Diller Street, <br />including the street, curb, gutter, and sidewalks, and (2) remove the <br />right -turn only lane on EI Camino Real. If granted, these changes will <br />be implemented with the reconstruction of the street. <br />c. The sidewalk on the southwest side of Franklin St between the bulb - <br />outs on Wilson St and Diller St. <br />d. Bulb -outs on both sides of Diller Street at the intersection with <br />Franklin Street. <br />e. All sidewalk replacement will need to include street trees and <br />pedestrian lighting at a spacing as required by the City's Landscape <br />Arch itect. <br />45. Pavement Moratorium - Portions of Franklin, and Diller Streets have either <br />recently been reconstructed, or may be reconstructed prior to or as part of this <br />project. Any streets reconstructed within the past 5 years are subject to a <br />pavement moratorium.
