<br /> SWC: sh 5/16/86 <br /> SWC:djc 5/19/86R <br />hereby incorporated herein by reference, shall be a condition of <br />the approval of the Project}: <br /> (1) Geotechnical Effects. Geotechnical effects such <br />as grading, settlement, and seismic hazard associated with <br />the Project shall be mitigated and reduced to an acceptable <br />level by implementation of the recommendations contained in <br />the Geotechnical report (Cooper & Clark, 1981) and the <br />recommendations listed in the draft EIR at pages 53 to 55. <br /> (2 ) Hydrological Effects. Hydrological effects such <br />as erosion, water quality and ground water shall be reduced <br />to an acceptable level by implementing those recommendations <br />listed in the draft EIR at pages 69 through 70, including, <br />but not limited, to preparation and submittal to City for <br />approval of an erosion control plan. The Developer has <br />redesigned the existing lagoon system, which has water <br />quality problems, to provide for better flushing action and <br />aeration. <br /> (3 ) Vegetation and Wildlife. Vegetation, including <br />tidal salt marsh vegetation and ruderal vegetation, and <br />wildlife impacts on the Project, particularly the salt water <br />lagoon and the landscaped urban habitat, shall be reduced to <br />an acceptable level by incorporating into the Project the <br />mitigation measures set forth in the draft EIR at pages 81 <br />through 82. <br /> ( 4) Air Quality. The local air quality impacts, <br />especially particulate (dust) concentrations, shall be <br />reduced by sprinkling unpaved construction areas with water; <br /> 3 <br /> -----_.. . <br />
