<br /> DÀS: sh 2/6/85 <br /> " , (d) Whenever an existing automatic sprinkler system <br />is extended, altered or augmented the Fire Prevention Bureau <br />shall be notified prior to the start of construction and if <br />deemed necessary by the Chief plans and specifications shall <br />be submitted to the Fire Prevention Bureau for review and <br />approval prior 'to the start of construction. <br /> "Section 12.14. Section 10.309 of the Fire Code lS <br />hereby deleted and shall have no effect in the City. <br /> "Section 12.15. Section 11.303 is hereby added to the <br />Fire Code to read as follows: <br /> "'Section 11.303. False Alarm Response Charge. In the <br />event the Fire Department responds to more than two ( 2) <br />false alarms in a sixty (60) day period at a business or <br />residence, a fee payable to the City of One Hundred and <br />No/I00 Dollars ($100.00) for the third response, Two Hundred <br />Fifty and No/I00 Dollars ($250.00) for the fourth (4 th) <br />response and Five Hundred and No/I00 Dollars ($500.00) for <br />each additional response over four (4 ) may be charged to the <br />owners of the business or residence. <br /> "Section 12.16. Section 47.106 of the Fire Code is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "'Section 47.106. Watchmen Required During Fumigation. <br /> Where a flammable gas or substance giving rlse to a <br />flammable gas, or toxic gas is used for fumigation, the <br />employer shall be required to have 24-hour supervision from <br />the time the premises have been fumigated until all <br /> 7 <br /> -----.-..., <br />
