<br /> SWC:sh 12/27/84 <br />the violation of any such provision of this Code or any <br />other ordinance of the City so providing, shall be punished <br />by: <br /> " (1) A fine not exceeding One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) <br /> for a first violation; <br /> " (2) A fine not exceeding Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) <br /> a second violation of the same provision or <br /> ordinance within one (1) year; <br /> " (3) A fine not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars <br /> ($500.00) for each additional violation of the <br /> same provision or ordinance within one (1) year. <br /> " (c) Every day any violation o£ any provision of this <br />Code or any other ordinance of the City shall continue shall <br />constitute a separate offense. " <br />SECTION 2. Section 3.153 of the Redwood City Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 3.153. Violations and Penalties. (a) Any <br />person, firm or corporation whether as principal, agent, <br />employee, or otherwise, who shall violate or cause the <br />violation of any provision of this article or of any permit <br />made or issued thereunder shall severally, for each and <br />every such violation, be guilty of any infraction and, upon <br />conviction thereof, shall be punishable as provided in <br />Section 1.7(b) of this Code. <br /> "The imposition of any one penalty for any violation <br />shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue. <br />Each day during any portion of which any violation is <br />committed or continued by such person, firm or corporation <br /> 2 <br /> 1908 <br />--- .----.- " ~ <br />
