<br /> SWC:sh 12/27/84 <br />shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable <br />as herein provided. <br /> .. (b) The Building Official or the authorized <br />representatives of the Building Official shall have the <br />authority to issue citations for violations of this article <br />or any permit made or issued thereunder." <br />SECTION 3. Section 5.80 of the Redwood City Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 5.80. Penalties; Continuing Violation. <br /> " (a) Violation of any of the provisions contained in <br />this chapter is hereby declared an infraction and, upon <br />conviction thereof, shall be punishable as provided in <br />Section 1.7(b) of this Code. <br /> " (b) Every day any violation of any provision of this <br />chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense." <br />SECTION 4. Section 9.3 of the Redwood City Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 9.3. Violations and Penalties. (a) It shall <br />be unlawful for any person to erect, construct, enlarge, <br />alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert, demolish, <br />equip, use, occupy or maintain any building or structure in <br />the city or cause the same to be done contrary to or in <br />violation of any code provision as adopted by this chapter <br />or any amendment thereto as adopted by this chapter. <br /> 3 <br /> 1908 <br />-.." -~- <br />
