<br /> DCB:rks 6/19/84R <br /> DCB:sh 8/02/84R <br /> DES:sh 10/25/84R <br /> DES:sh 11/26/84R <br /> " (f) Every franchise, and the Grantee's performance <br />thereunder shall be subject to all requirements of this Code, and <br />all rules, regulations and specifications of the City heretofore <br />or hereafter enacted or established, including but not limited <br />to, those concerning street work, excavations, use, removal and <br />relocation of property within a street, and other street work. <br />Notwithstanding the foregoing, the City's rules, regulations, and <br />specifications shall not unreasonably conflict with the Grantee's <br />material obligations or rights theretofore provided in this <br />article or in the Grantee's franchise. <br /> " (g) Carrier facilities for a CATV system installed pursuant <br />to a franchise granted under this article shall make maximum use <br />of existing public utility lines, poles and equipment. Use of <br />additional lines, poles or equipment may be permitted as <br />specifically authorized in the franchise to the Grantee. <br /> " (h) Except pursuant to prior rights under a pole, <br />attachment agreement, the use of a public agency shall take <br />precedence over that of the Grantee with respect to public <br />utility lines, poles and equipment. 'Public agency uses' as used <br />herein shall include, but not limited to, installation, <br />maintenance and use of lines and appurtenant equipment and <br />materials placed or installed as part of a fire alarm or police <br />alarm system. <br /> "Section 11.76. Upon being granted any franchise under this <br />article, the Grantee shall proceed within thirty (30) days with <br />due diligence to obtain all necessary permits and authorizations <br /> 7 <br /> _... . ~_.."...- <br />
