<br /> DCB:rks 6/19/84R <br /> DCB:sh 8/02/84R <br /> DES:sh 10/25/84R <br /> DES:sh 11/26/84R <br />which are required in the conduct of its business, including <br />utility joint use attachment agreements and microwave carrier <br />licenses granted by duly constituted regulatory agencies having <br />jurisdiction over the operation of CATV systems, or their <br />associated microwave transmission facilities. Further, the <br />Grantee shall commence construction of the CATV system , within <br />ninety (90) days after obtaining all necessary permits and <br />authorizations, and shall commence service to subscribers within <br />one hundred (100) days following the completion of system <br />installation. The completion of the system installation shall be <br />pursued with reasonable diligence thereafter, so that service to <br />all areas designated on the map accompanying the application for <br />the franchise shall be provided in accordance with the terms of <br />the franchise. Failure to do any of the foregoing shall be <br />grounds for termination of the franchise. <br /> "Section 11.77. (a) In those areas and portions of the <br />city where either the transmission and distribution facilities of <br />the public utility providing telephone service or those of the <br />utility providing electric service are underground or an <br />underground utility district has been formed pursuant to Article <br />II of this Chapter, the Grantee, at the Grantee's expense, shall <br />construct, operate and maintain all of its transmission and <br />distribution facilities underground. In all cases, the Grantee <br />shall comply strictly with the requirements of Article II of this <br />Chapter. Amplifiers in the Grantee's transmission and <br /> 8 <br /> -~..,.... <br />
