Such indemnification shall cover such claims arising in tort, contract, violations of statute, ordinance or regulation, or otherwise or whether legal or equitable. In the event any such claim shall arise, the Grantor shall tender the defense thereof to the Grantee provided, however, that the Grantor in its sole discretion may participate in the defense of such claims at its expense. The minimum amounts set forth for such insurance and for such bonds shall not be construed to limit the liability of the Grantee to the Grantor hereunder to the amounts of such insurance, such bonds, or both. All remedies of Grantor are mutually exclusive and the selection of one or more remedies listed in this section shall not preclude Grantor from selecting other such remedies, nor from relying upon any or all other rights or remedies which may accrue to Grantor, whether in law or equity. SECTION 9. RATE SCHEDULE. The Grantee, at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of any adjustments to the rates charged to its subscribers, shall file a notice of such adjust- ments with the City Clerk of Grantor and shall mail a notice of such adjustments to all such subscribers. Such notice shall set forth the rates then in effect, the proposed rates and the dates upon which such proposed rates are to become effective.
