<br /> (g) Any material listed as a hazardous and/or extremely hazardous <br /> material or hazardous and/or extremely hazardous waste in Sections 66680 <br /> and 66685 of Title 22 of the California Administrative Code, as amended, <br /> whether such material is stored or handled in waste or nonwaste form; <br /> (h) Any material which is listed on the list of Environmental <br /> Protection Agency pollutants, 40 CFR 401.15, as amended. <br /> Note: Elemental metals referred to in (g) <br /> Q <br /> and (h) abovè shall not be considered hazardous <br /> materials unless they are stored in a friable, <br /> powdered or finely divided state. <br /> ( i) Materials not otherwise covered in this Article which are <br /> highly flammable, or which may react to cause fires or explosions, or <br /> which by their presence create or augment a fire or explosion hazard or <br /> which because of the toxicity, flammability or liability to explosion <br /> render fire fighting abnormally dangerous or difficult. <br /> Notwithstanding the foregoing definition, the Fire Department may <br /> , <br /> exempt any material from the requirements of this Article which otherwise <br /> would be a 'hazardous material' where it has been demonstrated that the <br /> material in the quantity and/or solution stored does not present a <br /> significant actual or potential hazard to the public health, safety or <br /> welfare. <br /> Permit quantity limit. The maximum amount of hazardous material <br /> that can be stored in a storage facility. Separate permit quantity <br /> limits will be set for each storage facility for which a permit is <br /> obtained in accordance with the requirements of this Article. <br /> Pipes.
