The first level of containment, i.e., the <br /> inside portion of that container which comes into immediate contact on <br /> its inner surface with the hazardous material being contained. <br /> product-tight. To be produèt-tight, the container shall be made of a <br /> material that is not subject to physical or chemical deterioration by the <br /> hazardous material being contained. <br /> Secondary containment. The level of containment external to and <br /> separate from the primary containment. <br /> Single-walled. Walls made of but one thickness of material. <br /> Lami na ted, coated, or clad materials shall be considered as <br /> single-walled. <br /> Standard temperature and pressure ( STP) . A temperature of 0 <br /> , <br /> degrees centigrade and an atmospheric pressure of 1 atm, or 760 mm Hq. <br /> Sump. A pit or well in which liquids collect. <br /> Unauthorized discharge. Any release or emission of any hazardous <br /> material that presents a threat to life, health or property or one that <br /> escapes the secondary containment. <br /> Wet floor. A floor which is used routinely to collect, contain or <br /> maintain standing liquids or to transmit standing liquids on a more or <br /> less continuous basis. <br /> PERMITS <br /> Sec. 80.102. <br /> For a permit to~tore, transport on site or use corrosive liquids, <br /> oxidizing materials, organic peroxides, nitromethane, ammonium nitrate, <br /> .. <br /> (6) <br /> -.--..... <br />
