Every dog owner, <br />after his dog attains the age of four (4 ) months of <br />age shall procure every other year from a licensed <br />veterinarian, an anti-rabies vaccination to be <br />administered in the manner prescribed or approved by <br />the State Department of Public Health. <br />SECTION 13.
