<br /> CGM:rb 7/14/83 <br /> GM:rb 10/19/83R <br /> CGM:rb 10/24/83R <br />"(3) To state a violation of this agreement will result <br />in the animal being impounded and destroyed; <br />"(4) To prove financial responsibility by posting a <br />bond or certificate of insurance for the amount of <br />$10,000.00 or more; and <br />" (5) To inform, along with Department of Animal Control <br />Services, any city, county, United States Postmaster, <br />utility company, and anyone else that comes on the <br />property with implied consent or otherwise peaceably <br />and lawfully of the animal's history if the animal is <br />moved into a different area. <br />SECTION 10. Section 5.65 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br />City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 5.65. If a license fee required by section <br />5.20 has not been paid for the then current year for <br />any impounded dog, the party redeeming must, before <br />redemption, pay such license fee; provided, that in <br />case of loss of tag, a duplicate of the same may be <br />obtained from the collector as provided in section <br />5.23 and on presenting the duplicate tag, the owner of <br />such impounded dog shall be entitled to the possession <br />of the dog on payment to the poundmaster of the fees <br />prescribed by section 5.91. <br />SECTION 11. Section 5.91 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br />City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 5.91. The following fees and charges are <br />hereby established: <br />" (a) Dog License Fee. <br /> Unaltered dog $12.00 <br /> Altered dog $ 6.00 <br /> Late penalty $10.00 <br /> Duplicate tag $ 2.00 <br /> 9 <br /> .- _........w <br />
