<br /> Co· \ F 4 <br /> AMENDMENT NO.2 TO AMEND AGREEMENT FOR <br /> PROFESSIONAL PLANNING AND REDEVELOPMENT CON$ULTING SERVICES <br /> (KEYSER MARSTON ASSOCIATES, INC.) <br /> This Amendment NO.2 is entered into and effective as of the _ day of October, <br /> 2004, amending the Agreement dated July 8, 1999 (the "Agreement") by and between <br /> the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a public body, <br /> corporate and politic, duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of <br /> California (the "Agency") , and KEYSER MARSTON ASSOCIATES, INC. ("Contractor") <br /> (collectively the "Parties") for professional planning and redevelopment consulting <br /> services. <br /> RECITALS <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has performed the services under the Agreement to the <br /> satisfaction of the Agency; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency continues to require Contractor's professional services; <br /> and <br /> " <br /> 'WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Agreement to increase the not-to- <br /> exceed amount of the Agreement by One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00). <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. That the Agreement is hereby amended to increase the combined total of <br /> the compensation and reimbursement costs by a not-to-exceed amount of One <br /> Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00). <br /> 2. All other provisions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. <br /> 3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Contractor <br /> pursuant to the Agreement will include coverage for this Amendment. <br /> 4.
