RESOLUTION NO. 074124 <br />BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION A) APPROVING A PUBLIC WORKS MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT; <br />AND B) REVOKING AND RESCINDING ANY EARLIER AGREEMENT THE COUNTY <br />MAY HAVE ENTERED INTO RELATIVE TO THE JUNE 14, 1994 PUBLIC WORKS <br />MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT FOR SAN MATEO COUNTY <br />RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of <br />California, that <br />WHEREAS, the County of San Mateo and the cities in San Mateo County have <br />expressed a mutual interest in the establishment of a plan to encourage public works <br />mutual aid agreements; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 8630 et seq. of the California Government Code grants <br />local agencies full power to provide mutual aid pursuant to established agreements; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that it would be in the best interest of the <br />County to participate in a public works mutual aid plan; and <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board a form of agreement and <br />this Board has considered same. <br />NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED as <br />follows: <br />1.
