t <br />Places of Assembly. To operate a place of assembly as defined in <br />article 9. <br />Radioactive materials. To store or handle at any installation more <br />than 1 microcurie of radioactive material not contained in a field source <br />or more than 1 millicurie of radioactive material in a sealed source or <br />sources, or any amount of radioactive material for which a specific <br />license from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission is required. See Article <br />80. <br />Refrigeration equipment. To install or operate a mechanical <br />refrigeration unit or system. See Article 63. <br />EXCEPTIONS: 1. Air, water or brine systems. <br />2. All units and systems utilizing Group 1 refrigerants <br />with a refrigerant compressor or horsepower rating of <br />less than 100@ <br />Spraying and Dipping. To operate a spraying or dipping enterprise <br />utilizing flammable liquids included within the scope of Article 45. See <br />Section 45.101. <br />Tank Vehicles. To operate a tank vehicle for the transportation of <br />flammable or combustible liquids. See Article 79, Division XI. <br />Tents and Air -supported Structures. To erect or operate a tent or <br />air supported structure covering an area in excess of 200 square feet <br />unless such structures are not used exclusively for camping. See Article <br />32. <br />Tire Recapping. To operate tire recapping or rebuilding plants. <br />See Article 31. <br />Waste Material Handling Plant. To operate a waste material handling <br />plant. See Article 34. <br />Welding and cutting operations. To conduct welding and/or cutting <br />operations in any occupancy.
