Lumber yards. To store lumber in excess of 100,000 board feet. See <br />Article 30. <br />Magnesium working. To melt, cast, heat treat or grind more than 10 <br />pounds of magnesium per working day. See Article 48. <br />Mall, covered. To use a covered mall in the following manner: <br />A. Placing or constructing temporary kiosks, display booths, <br />concession equipment or the like in the mall. <br />B. To use the mall as a place of assembly. <br />C. To use open -flame or flame -producing devices. <br />D. To display any liquid or gas -fueled powered equipment. <br />E. To use liquefied natural gas and compressed flammable <br />gas. See Article 35. <br />Matches. To manufacture matches or to store matches exceeding an <br />aggregate 60 matchman's gross (14,400 each gross). See Article 83. <br />Nitrate Film. To store, handle, use or display nitrate film. See <br />Article 33. <br />Oil and natural gas wells. To drill, own, operate or maintain an <br />oil or natural gas well. Each oil and natural gas well permit shall be <br />valid for the calendar year for which it is issued. See Section 79.1001. <br />Open Burning. See Bonfires. <br />Open Flame Devices in Marinas. See Section 11.412. <br />A. To use open flame devices for maintenance or repair of boats, <br />slips or wharfs. <br />B. To use a portable barbecue, brazier or cooking device on any <br />boat; slip or wharf. <br />Organic Coatings. To manufacture more than one qallon of organic <br />coatings in a working day. See Article 50. <br />Ovens, Industrial Baking or Drying. To operate an industrial baking <br />or drying oven regulated by this code. See Article 62. <br />Parade floats. To use a parade float for public performance, <br />presentation, spectacle, entertainment or parade. See Section 11.208. <br />-9- <br />
