Section 12.15 Section 11.303 is hereby added to the Fire Code to <br />read as follows: <br />"'Section 11.303 FALSE ALARM RESPONSE CHARGE. In the event <br />the Fire Department responds to more than two (2) false alarms in a 30 <br />day period at a business or residence, a fee payable to the City of One <br />Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per response for each response over two (2) in <br />a thirty (30) day period will be charged to the owners of the business or <br />residence. <br />Section 12.16 Section 25.115.1 is hereby added to the Fire Code to <br />read as follows: <br />"'Section 25.115.1 COMPENSATION OF STANDBY FIREFIGHTERS. <br />Standby Firefighters shall be compensated at the same rate the City <br />compensates firefighters on a call back basis. <br />Section 12.17 Section 47.106 of the Fire Code is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br />"'Section 47.106 WATCHMEN REQUIRED DURING FUMIGATION. <br />Where a flammable gas or substance giving rise to a flammable gas, or <br />toxic gas is used for fumigation, the employer shall be required to have <br />24-hour supervision from the time the premises have been fumigated until <br />all ventilation work has been completed (approved gastight vaults or <br />tanks are excepted from this requirement). <br />-14- <br />
