"'(1) Fireworks sales facilities shall be located on property cleared of all combustible materials for a minimum distance of 25 feet surrounding such facilities. No such facilities shall be located within 25 feet of any service station; nor within 25 feet of any one location where more than four (4) motor vehicles are stored or parked adjacent to, or in close proximity to one another. All fireworks sales facilities shall conform to the requirements of Ordinance No. 1130, as amended, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Redwood City. 111(2) All fireworks sales facilities shall meet the building requirements and electrical requirements applicable thereto of the provisions of Chapter 9 (as amended) of the Code of the City of Redwood City. All such facilities in excess of 20 feet in length shall have at least two (2) exits; and each such facility in excess of 40 feet in length shall have at least three (3) exits spaced approximately equal distance apart; provided, however, that in no case shall the distance between exits exceed 20 feet. All lighting for such facilities shall be of a type approved by the Fire Department with regard to fire hazard requirements. 111(3) At least one adult person shall be in attendance at all times while fireworks sales facilities are being stocked, are in operation, or are being dismantled. No person under the age of 16 years shall be allowed to sell or dispense fireworks or otherwise work at a fireworks sales facility. 111(4) 'No Smoking' signs shall be prominently displayed on all fireworks sales facilities. 111(5) All fireworks sales facilities shall be provided with one fire extinguisher rated no less than 2A-10BC for each 250 square feet of floor space or fraction thereof. All such extinguishers shall be in good working order and shall be located as to be readily accessible for use in case of fire. M
