"Section 12.11 Section 2.302 of the Fire Code is hereby deleted and <br />shall have no force or effect in the City. <br />"Section 12.12 Section 4.101 of the Fire Code is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br />"'Section 4.101 PERMIT REQUIRED. <br />"'It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to use a <br />building or premises or engage in any activities for which a permit <br />is required by this code without first having obtained such permit. <br />Permits are required from the Fire Prevention Bureau. <br />Aircraft Refueling Vehicles. For certificates required for persons <br />operating refueling units. See Section 24.204. <br />Aircraft Repair Hangar. To use any structure as an aircraft hangar <br />for the purpose of servicing or repairing aircraft. See Section 24.102. <br />Automobile Wrecking Yard. To operate an automobile wrecking yard. <br />See Article 34. <br />Bonfires or Rubbish Fires. To kindle or authorize the kindling or <br />maintenance of bonfires or rubbish fires. See Section 11.01. <br />Bowling Pin or Alley Refinishing. To conduct a bowling pin <br />refinishing or bowling alley resurfacing operation involving the use and <br />application of flammable liquids or materials. See Article 26. <br />Building Demolition. To demolish a building or structure occupyinq <br />an area of more than 1,000 square feet. <br />Burning in Public Place. To ignite or burn waste material on <br />publicly owned or controlled land, bridge, street or other public place <br />which has not been set aside by public authority for such purpose.
