Candles and Open Flames in Assembly Areas. To use open flame or <br />candles in connection with assembly areas or restaurants' dining or <br />drinking establishments. For definition of Assembly, see Section 9.103. <br />See Sections 25.116 and 25.117 for open flame and candles. <br />Care Facilities. To use any building as a care facility wherein <br />guests or patients are housed or cared for. <br />Cellulose Nitrate Storage. To store or handle more than 25 pounds <br />of cellulose nitrate plastic (pyroxylin) for the manufacturing or <br />assembly of articles or parts of articles containing cellulose nitrate <br />plastics (pyroxylin). See Article 27. <br />Christmas Trees. To store or sell Christmas trees. <br />Combustible Fiber Storage. To store or handle combustible fibers in <br />quantities in excess of 100 cubic feet. See Article 28. <br />Compressed Gases, Flammable. To store, handle or use at normal <br />temperature and pressures more than 2000 cubic feet of flammable <br />compressed gas or 6000 cubic feet of nonflammable compressed gas. See <br />Article 74. <br />Cryogens. Except where federal or state regulations apply and <br />except for fuel systems of the vehicle, permits are required to produce, <br />store or handle cryogenic fluids in excess of the following amounts: <br />Type of Cryogenic Inside Building Outside Building <br />Flammable Over 1 gallon <br />Oxidizer 60 gallons <br />(includes Oxygen) 50 gallons <br />Corrosive or highly toxicOver 1 gallon 50 gallons <br />Nonflammable Over 1 gallon <br />60 _gallons 500 gallons <br />-5- <br />
