10/7/81R <br />of the business or residence. <br />Section -22.17 Section 25.115.1 is hereby added to the Fire Code <br />to read as followss 3' ' <br />' "Section x25..115:1 ._•,COMPENSATION OF STANDBY FIREF2GHTSRS':1,Y16 <br />Standby Firefighters shall be compensated -at the same rate the - <br />City compensates Firefighters on a call back basis. <br />Section 12.18 Section 47.106 of the Fire Code is hereby -amended <br />to read as follows: <br />"'Section 47.106 WATCHMEN REQUIRED DURING FUMIdATIOk;—.-Where <br />a flammable gas or substance giving rise to a flammable gas, or <br />toxic.gas is used for fumigation, the employer shall.be required <br />to have 24-hour supervision from the time the premises have been <br />fumigated until all ventilation work has been completed (approved <br />gastight vaults or tanks are excepted from this requirement). <br />Section 12.19 Article 78 (comamncing with.78.101) of the -Fire <br />Code.is hereby -amended to read as follows: <br />'ARTICLE 78 <br />FIREWORKS - - <br />"Section 78.101 'Fireworks' shall mean and -include any <br />tti combustible or explosive composition, or any -substance or combinat <br />of substances, or device prepareci for the purpose. -of producing a <br />visible or an audible effect.by combustion, explosion; deflagratic <br />or detonation, -and shall include blank cartidges,-toy-pistols, <br />toy'cannons,--_toy ' canes ;:or toy : guns :.in which explosives are used <br />-15- <br />
