All lighting for such facilities <br />shall be of a type approved by the Fire Department with regard <br />to fire hazard requirements. <br />"'(3) At least one -adult person shall be in attendance <br />at all times while fireworks sales facilities are being stocked, <br />are in operation, or are being -dismantled.- No person under <br />the age of 16 years shall be allowed to sell or dispense fireworks <br />or otherwise work at a fireworks sales facility. <br />"'(4) 'No Smoking' signs shall be prominently displayed <br />on all fireworks sales facilities. <br />111(5) All fireworks sales facilities shall be provided with <br />one 2-1/2 gallon water -type fire extinguisher for each 250 square <br />feet of floor space or fraction thereof.
