Amended and Restated Agreement with Paymentus Corporation for an Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) system for utility billing Staff contact: Jun Nguyen, Revenue Services Manager 780-7213 jnguyen@redwoodcity.org Recommendation: By motion, approve and authorize for the City Manager to execute an amended and restated agreement with Paymentus Corporation for an Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) system/Automated Phone Payments, Outbound Customer Notification system, Payment Processing services, and Staff Portal extending the term of the existing agreement for 2 years and increasing the agreement in an amount not to exceed by $66,000, resulting in a total not-to-exceed agreement cost of $143,500. Further, authorize the City Manager to extend the Agreement by one additional one-year term in an amount not to exceed $33,000 D.
