Amended and Restated Agreement with Paymentus Corporation for an <br />Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) system for utility billing <br /> <br /> Staff contact: Jun Nguyen, Revenue Services Manager 780-7213 jnguyen@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br /> Recommendation: <br /> By motion, approve and authorize for the City Manager to execute an <br />amended and restated agreement with Paymentus Corporation for an <br />Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) system/Automated Phone Payments, <br />Outbound Customer Notification system, Payment Processing services, and <br />Staff Portal extending the term of the existing agreement for 2 years and <br />increasing the agreement in an amount not to exceed by $66,000, resulting <br />in a total not-to-exceed agreement cost of $143,500. Further, authorize the <br />City Manager to extend the Agreement by one additional one-year term in an <br />amount not to exceed $33,000 <br /> <br /> D.
