COPY <br />WHEREAS, a more complete description of the proposed Project can be <br />found in the Initial Study, the proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration and <br />supporting documents located at the addresses set forth below; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />describe and analyze the Project, the impact on the environment and measures <br />related thereto; and <br />WHEREAS, on December 14, 2016, this Board approved the Initial Study <br />and Notice of Intent to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the proposed <br />Project; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board desires to adopt the Mitigated Negative <br />Declaration and the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program ("MMRP") for <br />purposes of compliance with CEQA and the State CEQA Guidelines. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />DIRECTORS OF THE PORT OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The recitals are true and correct. <br />2. The Notice of Intent to Adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration and the <br />Mitigated Negative Declaration and other documents required by law were <br />mailed to all organizations and individuals who had previously requested notice <br />and the Notice of Intent and other required documents were duly published, <br />posted and mailed (Declarations - CEQA File). <br />3. The Notice of Intent specified the period during which comments could be <br />received, the date, time and place of hearings on the Project, a brief description <br />of the Project, its location and the address where copies of the proposed <br />Reso RESO P-2345 <br />DKS 01 17 17 <br />
