A Notice of Intent specifying the information set forth in Paragraph 3, above, was published and sent to all appropriate persons and entities to provide notice of the date of the public meeting on the adoption of the Mitigated Negative Declaration (Notice of Intent, Declarations - CEQA File). 5. The Notice of Intent and the Mitigated Negative Declaration were circulated for public review, sent to every responsible agency, trustee agency, and public agency with jurisdiction over the resources affected by the Project.
