The Mitigated Negative Declaration addresses, inter alia, concerns <br />regarding air quality, biological resources, cultural resources and geology and <br />soils conditions in the description of the Project and/or incorporates conditions <br />which mitigate or avoid such potential impacts. (MND; - CEQA File). <br />9. The Mitigated Negative Declaration and approval thereof, reflect the Port's <br />independent judgment and analysis. <br />10. The measures incorporated in the Project, the MMRP and the Mitigated <br />Negative Declaration are compatible with surrounding land uses and shall not be <br />inconsistent with planned uses in the area within which the Site is located. <br />11. Implementation of control measures shall be provided as set forth in the <br />Mitigated Negative Declaration, MMRP, and supporting documents. <br />12. The Mitigated Negative Declaration is adequate and in full compliance <br />with the requirements of CEQA. <br />13. The Mitigated Negative Declaration adequately describes all control <br />measures which are reasonably required to mitigate the impacts of the Project. <br />14. The Mitigated Negative Declaration along with the MMRP are hereby <br />adopted. <br />15.
