The Mitigated Negative Declaration and approval thereof, reflect the Port's <br />independent judgment and analysis. <br />12. The comments made by agencies and members of the public do not <br />require additional mitigation measures and do not affect the conclusion that there <br />are no potential significant environmental effects. The measures incorporated in <br />the Project, the MMRP and the Mitigated Negative Declaration are compatible <br />with surrounding land uses and shall not be inconsistent with planned uses in the <br />area within which the Site is located. <br />13. Implementation of control measures shall be provided as set forth in the <br />Mitigated Negative Declaration, MMRP, and supporting documents. <br />14. The Mitigated Negative Declaration is adequate and in full compliance <br />with the requirements of CEQA. <br />15. The Mitigated Negative Declaration adequately describes all control <br />measures which are reasonably required to mitigate the impacts of the Project. <br />16. The Mitigated Negative Declaration along with the MMRP are hereby <br />adopted. <br />17. Any and all findings and determinations set forth in the Mitigated Negative <br />Declaration and supporting documents and studies are hereby adopted and <br />incorporated by this reference. <br />18.
