Section 3. Under Section 2.1.4.0 of the DTPP, the HRAC hereby finds that the <br />Project will not create a substantial adverse change in the significance of the Main Street <br />Historic District, and will protect its continued eligibility for listing on the California <br />Register. <br />Section 4. Under Section 2.1.4.D of the DTPP, the HRAC hereby finds that the <br />Project will not create a substantial adverse change in the significance of the adjacent <br />historic resources at 917-921 Main Street, 935 Main Street, and 116 Stambaugh Street, <br />and will protect the adjacent historic resources' continued eligibility for listing on the <br />California Register. <br />Section 5. Under Section 40.10 (B) of the Redwood City Code, the HRAC <br />hereby finds that the Project conforms to the Secretary's Standards for Rehabilitation <br />and will not adversely affect the character of the Main Street Historic District. <br />Section 6. The HRAC hereby recommends that the Planning Commission <br />approve the Downtown Planned Community Permit Project, consistent with the DTPP <br />and associated EIR, and Chapter 40 (Historic Preservation) of the Redwood City Code. <br />Section 7.
