Restrictions on Power. Anything in Sections 1 or 2 above to the contrary notwithstanding, Agent shall have no power or authority to take any of the following actions ern behalf of the Company: a. Borrow money on behalf of the Company~ commit the Company to any borrowing; or execute any notes, bonds, de1:)enturee, mortgages, trust deeds, security agreements or other documents or instruments related to any borrowing by the Company. 4. No Bond. The Company directs that Agent not be required to give bond in any jurisdiction. If, notwithstanding thís direction, any bond is required by any law, statute, rule of court or otherwise, the Company directs that no sureties be required. 5, Third-Party Reliance. Third parties may rely upon the reprèsentatlons of Agent as to all matters relating to any power granted to Agent, and no person who may act in reliance upon the representations of Agent or the authority granted to Agent herein shall incur any liability to the Company as a result of permitting Agent to exercise any such power. Third parties may rely on photostatic copies or other reproductions of this General Power of Attorney. 6. Termination of Power.
