Utility Encroachment Permit <br />*Engineering Services are provided on an "Actual Cost" basis. Actual Costs are determined by the fully burdened hourly rates by position performing service. The <br /> rates are on file with the City Clerk. <br />B. MISCELLANEOUS PERMITS <br />Deposits may be eligible for refund after a service has been provided, if the cost of service provided is less than the amount of the deposit. The City shall determine <br />when a service provided is complete, and shall send at least three (3) written notifications over the course of one hundred eighty (180) days that a deposit is eligible <br />for a refund. Deposits that qualify for refund but that have gone unclaimed for a period exceeding one hundred eighty (180) calendar days shall be considered <br />forfeited.
