Certificate of Compliance Fee $1,185.00 New $1,185.00 - <br />Deposit -New Deposit - <br />Supplemental Planning Services - In situations where a project requires more than one Planning service, the City shall recover costs for the other services, <br />including costs that would otherwise be covered by a flat fee or another deposit, by billing all materials and staff time related to administering the project to one <br />deposit. City staff shall select the appropriate deposit type, and the minimum deposit amount shall be the minimum deposit amount associated with that deposit <br />type. <br />For permits issued after work is done, Planning requires a deposit equal to twice the previously applicable fee, with a $1,000 minimum. <br />13. Actual Costs are determined by the fully burdened hourly rates by position performing service. <br />The rates are on file with the City Clerk. <br />15. For any consultation, review, permit, <br />inspection, or formal determination not <br />otherwise listed in this Schedule <br />Deposits may be eligible for refund after a service has been provided, if the cost of service provided is less than the amount of the deposit. The City shall <br />determine when a service provided is complete, and shall send at least three (3) written notifications over the course of one hundred eighty (180) days that a <br />deposit is eligible for a refund. Deposits that qualify for refund but that have gone unclaimed for a period exceeding one hundred eighty (180) calendar days shall <br />be considered forfeited. Forfeited deposits shall be turned over to the General Fund for general City operations. <br />8.B. - Page 31
