Utility Encroachment Permit Range: $500,001 - $1,500,000 $15,500 + 4.5% of ECI *Engineering Services are provided on an "Actual Cost" basis. Actual Costs are determined by the fully burdened hourly rates by position performing service. The rates are on file with the City Clerk. B. MISCELLANEOUS PERMITS Deposits may be eligible for refund after a service has been provided, if the cost of service provided is less than the amount of the deposit. The City shall determine when a service provided is complete, and shall send at least three (3) written notifications over the course of one hundred eighty (180) days that a deposit is eligible for a refund. Deposits that qualify for refund but that have gone unclaimed for a period exceeding one hundred eighty (180) calendar days shall be considered forfeited. Forfeited deposits shall be turned over to the General Fund for general City operations. Estimated Cost of Improvements (ECI) A.
