This request serves as a placeholder for construction <br />costs that may be required. <br />• Provides adequate space for the activities of the Fair Oaks Library and Fair Oaks Community Center. <br />• Increases the availability of affordable housing in North Fair Oaks. <br />Joint City/County master planning process underway in 2017. <br />13 of 140 <br />9.A - Page 39
