Section 31.13 is hereby added to the <br />abovementioned Ordinance No. 1130 to read as follows: <br />"Section 31.13 Mobile Homes and Trailers. <br />"a. It shall be unlawful for any person to occupy or <br />use any trailer for living or sleeping purposes <br />unless such trailer is either located in a trailer <br />park or is being used as an office for a <br />construction project, a circus, or carnival, while <br />such activities are being conducted. <br />"b. It shall be unlawful for any person to occupy or <br />use any mobile home for living or sleeping <br />purposes unless such mobile home is located in a <br />mobile home park or is being used as an office for <br />a construction project, a circus, or carnival, <br />while such activities are being conducted. <br />C. No trailer or mobile home, regardless of size or <br />type, shall be parked in a public right-of-way or <br />parked so that it takes up or blocks a required <br />automobile parking space or loading space for more <br />than 48 hours." <br />SECTION 12.
