DAS:mi 02/29/89 (#7/012) <br />DAS:mn,, 03/06/89R <br />"ARTICLE 24 <br />"MH (MOBILE HOME) DISTRICT <br />"Section 24.1 Purpose. To provide a residential zoning <br />district which exclusively allows mobile homes as defined by <br />Section 2.64 and trailers as defined by Section 2.102 to be <br />accommodated respectively in mobile home parks as defined by <br />Section 2.65 and trailer parks as defined by Section 2.103. <br />"Section 24.2 Permitted Uses. The following structures and <br />uses are permitted in an MH district: <br />"a. Mobile homes <br />"b. Trailers <br />"c. Recreation and service buildings <br />"d. Carports, awnings, and screened enclosures used in <br />conjunction with a mobile home and trailer when in <br />compliance with Section 34.6 of the Redwood City Code. <br />"Section 24.3 Accessory Uses. The following uses are <br />permitted in the MH District when accessory to or commenced <br />concurrently with or subsequent to uses permitted under Sections <br />24.2 and 24.4: <br />"a. Other accessory uses and structures customarily <br />appurtenant to a permitted use when in compliance with <br />Section 34.6 of the Redwood City Code. <br />"Section 24.4 Conditional Uses. The following structures <br />and uses are permitted in the MH District subject to first <br />securing a use permit for which a public hearing shall be held as <br />prescribed in Article 49: <br />4 <br />
