No structure in the MH <br />District shall exceed two and one-half stories in height nor in <br />any event exceed 30 feet in height. <br />"Section 24.6 Lot Area. The minimum site area for mobile <br />home parks shall be three acres and mobile home parks shall <br />contain not more than one mobile home for every 3,000 square feet <br />of site area. <br />"Section 24.7 Lot Width. The minimum average lot width for <br />mobile homes shall be 200 feet. <br />"Section 24.8 Lot Coverage. Not more than 25 percent of <br />the lot for mobile homes shall be covered by buildings and mobile <br />homes. <br />"Section 24.9 Yard and Open Space Requirements. <br />"a. Front Yards: Front yards for mobile homes shall have a <br />minimum depth of 20 feet. <br />"b. Side Yards: Side yards for mobile homes shall have a <br />minimum depth of 20 feet. <br />"c. Rear Yards: Rear yards for mobile homes shall have a <br />minimum depth of 20 feet. <br />"d.
