DAS:mi 02/29/89 (#7/012) <br />DAS:mn._ O3/06/89R <br />"Section 24.10 Other Required Conditions. The following <br />additional conditions shall apply in the MH District: <br />"a. All areas not used for access, parking, traffic, <br />circulation, structures, or service facilities shall be <br />permanently landscaped and the entire site shall be <br />maintained in neat, clean, and sanitary condition. <br />"b. All areas used for access, parking or traffic <br />circulation shall be paved. <br />"c. Subject to the provisions of Article 36 all areas in <br />mobile home parks shall be separated from any public <br />right of way by a wall or fence not less than six feet <br />in height." <br />SECTION 13. Article 25 is hereby added to the <br />abovementioned Ordinance No. 1130 to read as follows: <br />"ARTICLE 25 <br />"COMBINING DISTRICTS <br />"Section 25.1 Purpose. To ptovide modifications, <br />additions, and limitations to other districts in this ordinance <br />to meet special conditions and situations that cannot otherwise <br />be handled satisfactorily. <br />"Section 25.2 Minimum Requirements of District. The <br />addition of a combining district designation with any zoning <br />district, as provided in this article, shall not operate to <br />reduce or eliminate any requirements established by the basic <br />
