The letter "T" may be added as a suffix to any <br />district designation in conjunction with the zoning of any <br />property. In such event, the following additional uses may be <br />permitted in that district subject to first securing a use permit <br />therefor: <br />"a. Motels, mobile home parks and trailer parks. <br />"b. Nursing homes, rest homes, and hospitals. <br />"c. Clubs, lodges, and fraternities. <br />"Section 25.4 0 (Office) COMBINING DISTRICT. The letter <br />110" may be added as a suffix to any R-4 or R-5 District <br />designation in conjunction with the zoning of any property in <br />such R-4 or R-5 District. In such event, the following addition <br />uses may be permitted in that district subject to first securing <br />a use permit therefor: <br />"a. Professional offices. <br />"b. Medical or dental laboratories, not including the <br />manufacture, sale, or distribution of pharmaceutical or <br />other products. <br />"Section 25.5 V (Vehicular) COMBINING DISTRICT. The letter <br />"V" may be added as a suffix to any CG, CP, IR, or IP District <br />designation in conjunction with the zoning of any property in <br />such districts.
