Franchised automobile dealer sales and service <br />establishments for new passenger vehicles. <br />"b. Used car sales, and new or used truck sales, including <br />service and repair, primarily within a permanent <br />structure designed and constructed with a vehicle <br />showroom and enclosed repair facilities. <br />"c. Sales and incidental installation of automobile <br />accessories and parts such as mufflers, tires, brakes, <br />and seat covers. <br />"Section 25.6 W (Water) COMBINING DISTRICT. In order to <br />permit and regulate development in, on, and over water bodies in <br />the City, the letter "W" may be added as a suffix to any TP <br />District designation in conjunction with the zoning of any <br />property in such district. In such event, all those permitted <br />uses and conditional uses of the district in the immediately <br />adjacent, differently -zoned property on the landward side of the <br />TP -W District may be permitted within the district subject to <br />first securing a planned development permit therefor." <br />SECTION 14. Section 2.32 of the abovementioned Ordinance <br />No. 1130 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 2.32 Dwelling. A building or portion thereof <br />designed or used exclusively for residential occupancy, including <br />one -family, two-family, and multi -family dwellings, but not <br />including hotels, motels, boarding houses, tents or trailers." <br />8 jIY),ab3 <br />
