The schedule of charges for sanitary <br />inspection and refuse collection services shall be established <br />by resolution. " <br />SECTION 4. Section 14.32 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 5. Section 14.33 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 6. Section 14.34 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 7.
