<br /> (b) The Finance Director (holding consolidated offices <br /> of City Auditor, City Assessor, and City Treasurer- <br /> Collector) shall receive a monthly salary rate <br /> established within the range of $2,381 to and <br /> including $3,266. <br /> (c) The City Attorney shall receive a monthly salary rate <br /> established within a range of $2,732 to and including <br /> $3,715. <br /> (d) The City Manager shall receive a monthly salary of <br /> $4,013. <br /> Monthly salary rates for Council appointees shall be <br />established and may be adjusted within the foregoing designated <br />salary ranges by motion of the City Council duly made and carried. <br /> SECTION 4. The provisions of the foregoing sections of this <br />ordinance to the contrary notwithstanding, if a position allocated <br />to a given class in the competitive service is re-allocated to a <br />different class in order to correct an error or to provide for a <br />change in duties or responsibilities of such position, and there <br />is no change in the incumbent of the position so re-allocated, <br />and the maximum salary provided for the position as re-allocated <br />is less than the salary received by the incumbent prior to <br />re-allocation, then said incumbent shall continue to be compensated <br />at the rate paid said incumbent prior to such allocation. <br /> SECTION 5. Ordinance No. 1713, entitled "Ordinance <br />Establishing Salary and Wage Plan for Certain Employee Classifica- <br />tions Relating to Management and Confidential Assignments, and <br />Certain Designated Officers; and Repealing Ordinance No. 1678, <br />All Amendments Thereto, and All Ordinances in Conflict Therewith," <br />adopted July 18, 1977, and any and all ordinances, or parts thereof, <br />including, but not limited to, ordinances amendatory of Ordinance <br />No. 1713, in conflict with the provisions hereof, are hereby <br /> -3- <br /> -, _.,--..~ <br />
