<br />not be included in computations for overtime or other pay <br />differentials. <br /> (b) For the purposes of this section, a night shift shall be <br />considered to be any duty shift commencing between the hours of <br />3:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. <br /> SECTION 7. The provisions of the foregoing sections of this <br />ordinance to the contrary notwithstanding, if a position allocated <br />to a given cláss in the competitive service is reallocated to a <br />different class in order to correct an error or to provide for a <br />change in duties or responsibilities of such position, and there <br />is no change in the incumbent of the position so reallocated, and <br />the maximum salary provided for the position as reallocated is <br />less than the salary received by the incumbent prior to reallocation, <br />then said incumbent shall continue to be compensated at the rate <br />paid said incumbent prior to such reallocation. <br /> SECTION 8. Any and all ordinances, or parts thereof, including <br />but not limited to the above mentioned Ordinance No. 1706, in <br />conflict with the provisions hereof are hereby repealed to the <br />extent of such conflict only. <br /> SECTION 9.
