(1602 -06) <br />Affidavit of Publication and Notice of Hearing is on file. <br />Report: Police Department 1/12/89 <br />Vice Mayor LaBerge declared the public hearing open at 9:04 p.m. <br />Charles E. Willis, 3044 Green Hall, Antioch spoke in favor of granting the <br />Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity. <br />Mehdi K. Baroumand, 2241 Monument Blvd. Suite R, Concord, responded to <br />Police Department recommendation to deny the certificate, describing his <br />misunderstanding of Redwood City permit procedures and steps he would take to <br />receive his certificate. <br />Vice Mayor LaBerge invited anyone else present who wished to speak to do so. <br />No one wished to speak. <br />M /S: Murray /Buchan to close the public hearing. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote and public hearing closed at 9:10 p.m. <br />M /S: Stangel /Claire to continue the public hearing to February 13, 1989. <br />Carried by majority voice vote which Mayor Pro Tem LaBerge determined to <br />be4- 2. <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 89 -15 <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />5.
