Councilwoman Buchan reported she rode with the Redwood City Police patrols on <br />Saturday February 4th from 4:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. and was impressed with <br />their professionalism and concern, and remarked on the dangers they face from <br />the number and kinds of weapons on the street. <br />C.
