<br />SECTION 6. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. This ordinance shall take <br />effect and be in force upon its adoption. However, the aforementioned <br />tax rates listed in Section 2 of this ordinance shall only be <br />operative upon a determination by a Court of competent jurisdiction <br />that subsection (a) of Section 1 of Section XIIIA of the California <br />Constitution is unconstitutional and after all appeals from such a <br />determination shall have become final. <br /> * * * <br /> -3- <br /> ..'~... <br />
