<br /> " (h) Sewer Service Area C. All premises located <br /> outside the City. <br /> "Section 27.81. Except as provided in Section 27.85, <br />all plumbing which receives waste discharge from a building, <br />a structure or place of business within the corporate <br />limits of the City shall be connected to the public sewerage <br />facilities. <br /> "All sewage disposal piping connected to a private <br />sewage disposal system at the time of the adoption of <br />this Article or on the effective date of the annexation <br />to the City of territory where such private sewage disposal <br />system is located shall be connected to the public sewerage <br />facilities within nine (9 ) months after such adoption or <br />effective date of annexation. <br /> "Section 27.82. ( a) Permit Required. It shall <br />be unlawful for any person to make or cause to be made <br />a connection to the public sewerage facilities or a <br />sewer lateral without first obtaining a written sewer <br />connection permit from the Director and paying the <br />established fees for such connection established by <br />resolution adopted pursuant to the provisions of Article <br />IX of this Chapter. No sewer connection permit shall be <br />issued in any case where it is necessary to construct a <br />sewer lateral, unless the application required by <br />subsection (b) of this section has been made and approved. <br /> " (b) Sewer Laterals. If no sewer lateral exists <br />between the public sewerage facilities and the property <br />line of the adjacent property to be served, a sewer lateral <br />will be installed by the City upon the making and approval <br />of an application to the Director requesting the installation <br />of such lateral.
