<br />"Section 13.46. Transportation of Food. Caterers <br />shall transport food only if packaged in dust-proof <br />containers and conveyed in vehicles in a clean condition. <br />"Section 13.47. Prohibition Regarding Animals. <br />No live animals may be transported in any vehicle used by <br />a caterer to transport food. <br />"Section 13.48. Temperature for Perishable Foods. <br />Caterers shall maintain a temperature for perishable food <br />of 450 F or below or 1400 F or above, as appropriate, <br />until such foods are served. <br /> "DIVISION 7. DATING AND LABELLING REQUIRE- <br /> MENTS FOR SANDWICHES, BOX <br /> LUNCHES, AND OTHER FOODS <br />"Section 13.50. Wrapping, Boxing, Dating, and <br />Labelling on Premises of Preparation. Every sandwich, <br />other than those included within box lunches, and box <br />lunch intended for sale, gift, or distribution to the <br />public at a place other than on the premises where pre- <br />pared shall be securely boxed or wrapped, and labelled and <br />dated in the establishment where it is prepared. <br />"Section l3.5l. Dating and Labelling Requirements <br />for Sandwiches and Box Lunches. The wrapper for every <br />sandwich - other than those included in box lunches - and <br />container for every box lunch intended for sale, gift, or <br />distribution to the public shall bear in print thereon <br />both the phrase 'Day Prepared For' in six (6) point, bold <br />face, upper case letters or larger and also the day of the <br />week on which such sandwich or box lunch was intended to <br />be consumed, and the name, and address of the establishment <br />which prepared such sandwich or box lunch, in ten (10) <br />point, bold face, upper case letters or larger. It is <br />sufficient for purposes of this Section to print 'SU, MO, <br /> -12- <br /> ...'.~,. <br />
