<br />immediately or cumulatively deleterious to human health, <br />and of sewage discharges, weed growths, algae blooms, <br />fecal coliform bacteriological counts, and other <br />condi tions. <br /> "DIVISION 3. PROHIBITION OF USE <br /> "Section 13.80. Conditions Rendering Areas Unfit <br />for Use. No public fresh water sports area shall be <br />used for public fresh water sports activities where <br />the Health Officer determines that either: <br /> " (1) there is a fecal coliform count of <br /> more than 200 organisms per 100 ml. in <br /> twenty (20) percent or more of the <br /> water samples taken from any sample <br /> station, and evidence of human fecal <br /> contamination exists, or <br /> " (2) sewage discharges posing a significant <br /> danger of contamination exist in the <br /> immediate vicinity of the public fresh <br /> water sports area, or <br /> " (3) any other conditions or elements <br /> rendering the public fresh water <br /> sports activities have been demon- <br /> strated to exist by the environmental <br /> survey. <br /> "Section 13.81. Diseased Persons. No person <br />afflicted with any communicable disease shall either be <br />employed at or granted use of public fresh water sports <br />areas for so long as he is so afflicted. Either the <br />Health Officer, the owner or the operator of the fresh <br />water sports area may require any person suspected of <br />such affliction to present a written statement by a <br />physician declaring that such person is free from <br />communicable disease. The Health Officer may require <br />additional documentation by the physician where he <br />determines the written statement to be incomplete. <br /> "Section 13.82. Closing and Posting. Where he <br />determines any public fresh water sports area to be <br /> -17- <br /> , .....~~-. <br />
