<br /> " (b) No drainage field or leaching system shall <br />be located within five feet (5 ' ) of any building used as <br />a dwelling, within ten feet (10' ) of any property line, <br />within seventy-five feet (75' ) of any well, within twenty <br />feet (20' ) of the top of the bank of a stream, ditch or <br />cut-slope, or within twenty-five feet (25' ) of a swimming <br />pool. <br /> " (c) No seepage pit shall be located within ten <br />feet (10' ) of any building used as a dwelling, within ten <br />feet (10' ) of any property line, within one-hundred feet <br />(100' ) of a swimming pool, or within twenty feet (20' ) of the <br />top of the bank of a stream, ditch, or cut-slope. <br /> " (d) Any deviations from subsections (a) , (b) , or (c) <br />above shall be authorized by the Health Officer where he <br />finds such deviation is at least equivalent to the standard <br />prescribed in terms of quality, strength, effectiveness, <br />durability and sanitary protection. He shall require the <br />submission of sufficient evidence or proof to substantiate <br />any claims that may be made regarding such deviation. <br /> "ARTICLE IX. ENFORCEMENT <br /> "Section 13.179. Whenever the Health Officer upon <br /> - <br />inspection finds a violation of any of the provisions of <br />this Chapter, he shall notify in writing the owner, his <br />agent, or the tenant, occupant, or possessor of the <br />building, lot, premises, vehicle, or other place of the <br />specific conditions constituting such violation and shall <br />indicate the specific measures necessary to abate <br />said conditions." <br />SECTION 4.
