(1) industrial catering vehicles; (2 ) bakery product vehicles; and (3) mobile food preparation units. Said term shall not include the following: (1 ) distributors of milk delivering products to regular customers; (2 ) distributors of food or food products delivering such products to either retail or wholesale establishments for resale; (3 ) distributors of produce or shell eggs; (4 ) operators of restaurants, itinerant restaurants, and caterers. " (e) Vehicles. The term 'vehicle' shall have the same meaning as that defined in Section 28524 of the California Health and Safety Code. Said term shall include industrial catering vehicles, bakery product vehicles, and mobile food preparation units. " (f) Industrial Catering Vehicle. The term 'industrial catering vehicle' shall include all vehicles from which are sold immediately edible food and potable drink which has been prepared and sealed or pack- aged in a licensed food establishment. " (g) Bakery Product Vehicle. The term 'bakery product vehicle' shall include all vehicles by which bakery products are transported and from which bakery products are distributed or sold, but shall not include vehicles used to deliver such products to retail or wholesale food establishments for resale. " (h) Mobile Food Preparation Unit. The term 'mobile food prepareation unit~ shall include all vehicles in which food products are prepared, cooked, packaged, processed, or apportioned for distribution, sale, or service. " (i) Caterer. The term 'caterer' shall refer to any person, corporation, or entity which, for profit, transports and serves, or provides for service by another, at a place other than the business location of such person, corporation, or entity, any food, whether an entire meal or course thereof. " (j) Food Equipment. The term 'food equipment' shall include all machinery and equipment used to prepare, process, cook, heat, chill, serve, or store any food or food product. Said term shall not include vending machines as hereinafter defined. " (k) Vending Machine. The term 'vending machine' shall have the same meaning as that defined in Section 28525 of the California Health and Safety Code and in Section 5522.2(g) of the San Mateo County Ordinance Code. -5- ..,-,.
