<br /> (1) industrial catering vehicles; <br /> (2 ) bakery product vehicles; and <br /> (3) mobile food preparation units. <br /> Said term shall not include the following: <br /> (1 ) distributors of milk delivering products <br /> to regular customers; <br /> (2 ) distributors of food or food products <br /> delivering such products to either <br /> retail or wholesale establishments for <br /> resale; <br /> (3 ) distributors of produce or shell eggs; <br /> (4 ) operators of restaurants, itinerant <br /> restaurants, and caterers. <br />" (e) Vehicles. The term 'vehicle' shall have the same <br /> meaning as that defined in Section 28524 of the <br /> California Health and Safety Code. Said term shall <br /> include industrial catering vehicles, bakery product <br /> vehicles, and mobile food preparation units. <br />" (f) Industrial Catering Vehicle. The term 'industrial <br /> catering vehicle' shall include all vehicles from <br /> which are sold immediately edible food and potable <br /> drink which has been prepared and sealed or pack- <br /> aged in a licensed food establishment. <br />" (g) Bakery Product Vehicle. The term 'bakery product <br /> vehicle' shall include all vehicles by which <br /> bakery products are transported and from which <br /> bakery products are distributed or sold, but shall <br /> not include vehicles used to deliver such products <br /> to retail or wholesale food establishments for resale. <br />" (h) Mobile Food Preparation Unit. The term 'mobile <br /> food prepareation unit~ shall include all vehicles <br /> in which food products are prepared, cooked, packaged, <br /> processed, or apportioned for distribution, sale, or <br /> service. <br />" (i) Caterer. The term 'caterer' shall refer to any <br /> person, corporation, or entity which, for profit, <br /> transports and serves, or provides for service by <br /> another, at a place other than the business location <br /> of such person, corporation, or entity, any food, <br /> whether an entire meal or course thereof. <br />" (j) Food Equipment. The term 'food equipment' shall <br /> include all machinery and equipment used to prepare, <br /> process, cook, heat, chill, serve, or store any <br /> food or food product. Said term shall not include <br /> vending machines as hereinafter defined. <br />" (k) Vending Machine. The term 'vending machine' shall <br /> have the same meaning as that defined in Section <br /> 28525 of the California Health and Safety Code and <br /> in Section 5522.2(g) of the San Mateo County <br /> Ordinance Code. <br /> -5- <br /> ..,-,. <br />
